Request deletion of your JEEVibe account and its associated data.

How to delete your account

You can permanently delete your JEEVibe account and its associated data in either of two ways:

  • In the app: open Profile → Delete Account, then confirm.
  • On the web: use the button below, sign in to your account, and confirm.

You will be asked to sign in so we can verify you own the account before deleting it.

What gets deleted

When your deletion completes, we permanently remove all personal data associated with your account, including:

  • Your profile (name, phone number, email, grade/class, coaching status)
  • Your authentication account (you can no longer sign in)
  • Your Thinking Profile, cognitive diagnosis, and ability (theta) data
  • Daily quizzes, chapter practice, mock tests, and initial assessment history
  • Snap & Solve images and history, and AI Tutor conversations
  • Streaks, weekly reports, and all other learning activity tied to you

What we retain, and why

We retain a limited set of data only where the law requires it or where it is no longer linked to you:

  • Payment and invoice records — retained for up to 7 years to comply with Indian GST / OIDAR tax filing and financial auditing requirements (Reserve Bank of India and tax regulations).
  • Anonymized, aggregated learning data — may be retained to improve our system. This data is de-identified and can no longer be linked back to you.

When deletion takes effect (30-day grace period)

When you request deletion, your account is immediately deactivated and any active auto-renew subscription is cancelled so you are not charged again. Your data is then permanently erased after a 30-day grace period.

If you change your mind within those 30 days, you can cancel the deletion by signing back in and choosing to reactivate, or by emailing us at info@jeevibe.com. After the grace period, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
