Welcome to JEEVibe. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of JEEVibe, a Cognitive Tutor for JEE, including our mobile application, website (jeevibe.com), and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by JEEVibe LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("JEEVibe," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
JEEVibe is a Cognitive Tutor designed to help students preparing for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main and Advanced). The Service identifies specific thinking gaps in your problem-solving and delivers targeted interventions to close them. Features include:
You must be at least 13 years of age to use JEEVibe. Users under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent before using the Service. By using JEEVibe, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your phone number and any authentication codes sent to you. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
JEEVibe offers three subscription tiers: Free, Pro, and Ultra. Each tier provides different levels of access to the Service. For current tier features, usage limits, and pricing, please visit our Pricing Page. Feature availability and limits are subject to change; the Pricing Page will always reflect current offerings.
All new accounts receive 30 days of Pro-tier access free of charge (the "Free Trial"). No payment method is required to start the Free Trial. At the end of the Free Trial, if you have not subscribed to a paid plan, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free tier. You will retain your account, your Thinking Profile, and your practice history. No charge will be made.
All subscription payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited ("Razorpay"), an authorized payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. JEEVibe LLC is the merchant of record. Subscriptions are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and settled to JEEVibe LLC in U.S. Dollars (USD) via Razorpay's overseas settlement program.
By subscribing, you authorize Razorpay to charge your selected payment method (UPI, credit card, debit card, or net banking) for the amount of the subscription plan you choose. Failed payments may result in suspension of Pro or Ultra features until payment is successfully processed.
Subscriptions are available on monthly or quarterly billing cycles (annual cycles may be offered). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice; changes will not affect your current billing period.
JEEVibe LLC is registered or in the process of registering as a non-resident Online Information Database Access or Retrieval (OIDAR) service provider under Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST) law. All subscription prices displayed to Indian consumers are inclusive of 18% GST. JEEVibe remits collected GST to the Indian government in accordance with applicable law.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your JEEVibe account settings or by emailing info@jeevibe.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until that date. For refund eligibility, see our Refund Policy.
Coaching centers, schools, and other institutions may enter into separate written agreements with JEEVibe for sponsored access for their students. Such agreements may supplement or supersede these Terms for the specific students covered. For institutional inquiries, contact info@jeevibe.com.

The Service and its original content — including but not limited to our cognitive diagnosis methodology, capsule interventions, retrieval questions, practice question bank, user interface, and analytics — is and remains the exclusive property of JEEVibe LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws of India, the United States, and other countries.
By uploading images or other content to the Service (such as question photographs for Snap & Solve), you grant JEEVibe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
JEEVibe provides educational content produced by our cognitive diagnosis system and AI models. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all diagnoses, solutions, or explanations are error-free. Users should verify important information through additional sources, including their coaching teachers, textbooks, and past papers.
JEEVibe does not guarantee any specific exam results, scores, or ranks. Success in examinations depends on many factors including personal effort, preparation time, coaching quality, and individual capability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JEEVibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to JEEVibe in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any active subscription will be cancelled and no further charges will be made. Refund eligibility for partial billing periods is governed by our Refund Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
For users based in India, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
JEEVibe LLC is incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States. For users based outside India, disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
