Refund Policy

We want you to try JEEVibe and decide if it's right for you — without pressure. This Refund Policy explains how trials, cancellations, and refunds work. If you have any questions, email us at info@jeevibe.com.

1. Your 30-Day Free Trial

Every new JEEVibe account gets 30 days of Pro-tier access — completely free. No payment method is required to start. You get full Pro features (unlimited Thinking Gap Loops, 10 daily quizzes, offline mode, and more) for 30 days.

At the end of the trial, if you don't subscribe to a paid plan, your account automatically downgrades to the Free tier. You are never charged without explicitly subscribing. Your Thinking Profile and practice history are preserved.

2. 7-Day Refund Window for Paid Subscriptions

If you subscribe to Pro or Ultra and decide it's not for you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge. No questions asked.

This applies only to the first paid charge on your account. Subsequent renewals (monthly or quarterly billing cycles after the first) are not eligible for the 7-day refund.

To request a refund within the 7-day window, email info@jeevibe.com with your registered phone number. We'll process the refund within 5 business days.

3. Cancellation After the Refund Window

You can cancel your subscription at any time — through your JEEVibe account settings, or by emailing info@jeevibe.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your paid tier features until that date. After that, your account downgrades to the Free tier — your Thinking Profile and practice history are preserved.

Prorated refunds are not issued for cancellation mid-billing-period (outside the 7-day window). You'll use the service until period end, then downgrade.

4. Technical Issues

If the Service is unavailable or significantly degraded for more than 48 continuous hours during your billing period, contact info@jeevibe.com and we'll issue a prorated credit for the affected period.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email info@jeevibe.com with:

  • Your registered phone number
  • The approximate date of your first paid charge
  • A brief note on why you're requesting a refund (optional but helpful — it helps us improve)

We'll acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5 business days of acknowledgment. Refunds are credited to the original payment method via Razorpay; timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your bank (typically 5-7 business days).

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a charge on your account is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact JEEVibe first at info@jeevibe.com. We'll work to resolve the issue within 5 business days. Initiating a chargeback through your payment provider without first contacting us may delay resolution and may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.

7. GST (OIDAR) Handling

All subscription prices are inclusive of 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) under India's Online Information Database Access or Retrieval (OIDAR) provisions. When a refund is issued, the GST component is refunded along with the base amount. JEEVibe remits a corresponding GST adjustment on our monthly GSTR-5A filing.

8. Institutional Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased by coaching centers, schools, or other institutions on behalf of their students are governed by the separate written agreement between JEEVibe and the institution. This consumer refund policy does not apply to institutional purchases. For institutional refund questions, contact info@jeevibe.com.
