How does the 30-day Pro trial work? +

Every new account starts with 30 days of Pro access, completely free. No card required — we don't ask for payment details to start the trial. At the end of 30 days, if you don't subscribe, your account automatically moves to the Free tier. You keep your Thinking Profile and practice history. You are never charged unless you explicitly subscribe.

Is Hindi supported across all tiers? +

Yes — questions, capsules, diagnostics, and Priya Ma'am (Ultra) are available in English and Hindi across all tiers. The Hindi content uses NCERT-aligned terminology and exam-register Hindi — the same language your board textbooks use. No additional cost and no separate version. Switch between languages anytime.

What's the difference between Pro and Ultra? +

Pro gives you unlimited Cognitive Training Sessions, full Thinking Profile visibility, unlimited chapter practice, offline mode, and 30-day solution history — everything you need for serious daily JEE prep. Ultra adds Priya Ma'am (our AI tutor, available in English and Hindi, 100 messages per day), 5× the daily practice volume, and a full year of solution history. Choose Ultra if you want the highest level of daily use and Priya Ma'am alongside your training.

Does this replace my coaching? +

JEEVibe works alongside your coaching — not instead of it. It trains the decision-making step that determines whether you apply what your teachers have taught you correctly under exam conditions. Students who plateau despite good coaching often aren't missing content — they're missing trained decision patterns. That's what JEEVibe builds, alongside your existing prep.

Will I lose progress if I move to the Free tier? +

Your Thinking Profile, practice history, and account stay intact when you move to the Free tier. Your daily limits reduce and you'll see your top 3 thinking gaps instead of all of them — but nothing is deleted. Your progress is yours, permanently.

How are payments processed? +

Payments are processed by Razorpay — India's leading payment aggregator. You can pay via UPI, credit card, debit card, or net banking. All prices are in INR and include 18% GST. Your card details are never stored by JEEVibe; Razorpay handles all payment credentials per RBI guidelines.

Can I cancel anytime? +

Yes. Cancel through your JEEVibe account settings or by emailing info@jeevibe.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. Within 7 days of your first paid charge, you can request a full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Why is GST shown on my subscription? +

JEEVibe LLC is registered under India's OIDAR (Online Information Database Access or Retrieval) GST rules. As a foreign entity providing digital services to Indian consumers, we are required to collect 18% GST and remit it to the Indian government. This is included in the prices shown.

Is there a student or bulk discount? +

The quarterly and annual plans offer 17% and 37% savings respectively compared to monthly pricing. For coaching centres and schools, we offer institutional plans — see our For Coaching Centres page for details.
